Quinta is a restaurant and store combined. They specialize in beef and dairy products from grass fed cows.
The Store is equipped with many types of dairy products to buy, their famous ice cream, a meat counter, and fresh produce.
The restaurant has many tasty dishes and of course serves their ice cream as well. For an Island treat try Gelados Qa Dona Amelia. Is has a traditional cake mixed into the ice cream batter. It is very good and very sweet! This place is child friendly and non- smoking.
Directions:
From Lajes Field Front Gate
*Make a right at the round about
*Follow until the road T's off and make a right
* At Round about take the exit to the left
*Enter Via Rapida (on right hand side) towards Angra
*Follow for 9 miles. You will pass one round about; exit straight across towards Angra. At second round about you will see Quinta Dos Acores on your left hand side. Take the exit to your left.
*Make a right into Quinta's driveway. Enjoy!
